Katheryn, Nazneen & i were all working during the day. Was such a long full on day because our general Manager who is in charge of Armani Australia-Mary. Came in at lunchtime and stayed till close and even later. We close our store at 6pm however so much needed doing and she was very lovely and help full and understanding. But by this stage all of us girls were exhausted we just wanted to relax and get changed. Mary Son harry her youngest came in to help us out a little to which was sweet of him. to help his mum out with her work. We were altering and changing our manic ens in the window.Still so much was left to do the following day. However it was getting late and by this stage it was 7pm and our Christmas party/dinner was booked for 7pm. Mary apologized several times for holding us back. which was really sweet and unnecessary because this is a dinner she has organised and payed for and she will be accompanier us. So it was more like dont apologise when your holding a beautiful thought of hosting us a lovely dinner for all of your staff in Melbourne with beautiful food and wine.
Mary & Harry left and not long after we were meeting them both at the restaurant in the city. Was called Mezzo located on little Bourke St. Its an Italian bar grill restaurant.Very nice.
You could only imagine after such a long day at work us girls just wanted to feel rested and nice to go to this dinner however we only had a bit of time to get all dressed and ready to meet them there. We were the last ones to arrive however that was expected and it turned out well because Mary & Harry only arrived just before us so turned out well.
Katheryn, Nazneen and i were all looking forward to sit down and relax and enjoy the lovely food. Because None of us had the chance to take our breaks during the day so you can can only imagine how our tummy's were all making noises.
We all had a lovely time having a laugh and mingling.
The dinner party ended around 12:30. Wasn't that late however after our long day and drinking wine all night i was exhausted.
Mary was outside making sure we all got into a cab safely and gave us cab charges to get home. which was thoughtful.
